October – November 1940 – Exchanges of letters between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Justice, and the Resident General in Rabat, concerning the cases of individuals who have requested to receive or retain French nationality.

– Deprivation of nationality with regard to French people who have left overseas territories,

– Acquisition of nationality by marriage to a French,

– French deprived by the law of July 23, 1940,

– Application for access to French citizenship by French Muslims from Algeria,

– Request for withdrawal of nationality from Mr. Joseph Brabeck, ex Austrian officer naturalized French in 1939, because of « serious doubt about his loyalty towards us ».
