The number 2 of the Bulletin of the Alliance Israélite Universelle is distributed in Algiers. One can read there the answer of Mr. Sasson director of the Schools of Haiffa to a letter of the President of the Provisional Committee of the Alliance of Algiers announcing the constitution of this committee in this city. It also reads the directives of the Central Committee to the directors concerning the future development of industry and crafts and the need to create new workshops to add new trades.
