Description
December 29, 1940 – Letter from the Minister of the Interior to the Prefects asking them to apply the following provisions:
a) Families of civil and military state employees traveling to Algeria or Tunisia : safe-conduct issued by you, without prior consultation with my Services, nor with the General Government or the General Residence.
b) Families of civil and military state employees traveling to Morocco or the Levant : passport and visa issued by you, without prior consultation with my Services, nor with the Resident General or the High Commissioner.
