November 21, 1940 – The Société des Messageries Dauphinoises addresses the Minister of the Interior to ensure that the laissez-passer for Algeria and Tunisia and the passports for Morocco can be issued with the mention « TOURIST VOYAGES » to the customers of Companies which organize tourist circuits in these countries.

November 30, 1940 – The Minister of the Interior transmits the letter from the SMD to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and asks him for his opinion on the follow-up to be given to this request.
