Description

This report notes two distinct poles of Jewish action. The Aboulker clan, supported by members of the Consistory of Algiers, acts in collaboration with Gaullist circles. The goal of this group would be to obtain the return to the regime of the Crémieux decree. There is also the Marcel Belaïch clan, in liaison with Muslim personalities. The action plan of this 2nd group is to block the demands of the two ethnic communities: circulate leaflets insisting on their common racial or cultural elements and disseminate common demands.
