Description

This document is a standard form concerning a possible acquisition. The owner agrees to pay for this acquisition with a sum of non-Jewish origin and if he has to resell it, he must not call on Jewish capital. It is supplemented by article 24 of the law of November 17, 1941, specifying the penalties incurred by any Jewish or non-Jewish person who “will have intervened to evade the provisions of this law”.
