This document mentions the convocation to constitute the definitive formation of “Anti-racist groups”. The organizer of the movement Bernard Lecache took the floor to define the goals of the association, under the chairmanship of the professor of the Faculty of Letters of Algiers, Louis Gernet. Sheikh El Okbi who had been invited through Elie Gozlan, did not show up to the meeting (as it was political) and did not apologize for her absence.
