This report gives an overview of December 1949 on political activity in Oran. He is also interested in the “Israelite question”.
In Aflou, an Israelite trader placed under a committal warrant and having escaped from the annex prison led to anti-Semitic comments in Muslim circles. In Aflou, there are 5,000 Muslims and a thousand Israelites.
An annex on the Palestinian question appears at the end of the report, concerning the relief of Arab refugees from Palestine and the internationalization of the Holy Places.
