This report gives an overview of February 1944 on the political situation: the main events, the state of mind of the populations, the attitude of the population towards the Allied troops, security and social order, military affairs, the activities of political parties, propaganda, the behavior of allied troops and the economic situation.

The designation of representatives of Israelite associations from the departments of Algiers and Constantine to the World Jewish Congress will be held in New York in May. We note for Algiers, the Chief Rabbi Eisenbeth, Mr. Elie Gozlan, and Mr. Heller.
