Description

This report provides an overview of April 1943 on the political activity of elected Muslim officials, reformist ulama, the Algerian People’s Party, etc. We can also read the information on the youth of the Algerian Muslim Congress, the action of the European parties on the Natives, the native workers, the economic question, etc.

The Jewish population puts all its hopes in a provisional government which would reinstate them in their common rights.

Doctor Loufrani wishes to create a work of medical assistance to needy Muslims, of mixed composition, Jewish and Muslim. An advertising conference should take place at the Majestic cinema. Doctor Loufrani gathered at his home some Muslim personalities in order to talk about a project of messages addressed to Muslims by the Committee for the defense of Israelite interests about the reinstatement of the Crémieux decree.
