This report gives an overview of March 1945. It also contains information on military affairs, the progress of the war, the situation of indigenous Muslims, reformist ulama, religious brotherhoods, economic questions, and propaganda. 

The arrival in Constantine, at the end of February, of a leaflet against Zionism and its defenders, printed in Lebanon, seems to have gone completely unnoticed.
