Description

This report gives an overview of February 1940, on the activities of elected Muslim, reformist ulemas, religious brotherhoods. One can also read there information on the party of the Algerian people, the Moslem Congress, the European party on the indigenous activities. The Jews from Constantine continue to be criticized for military reform and the assignment of rear positions. German propaganda indicates that “it’s France which implies the principle of racial pre-eminence by its colonialist methods, recognizing only the dignity and the rights of French and Jewish”.
