Description

This report describes several events :

1. The civic guard Amor Guedoudj refused to stand guard. An investigation has been opened.

2. A quest, made after public prayers for the victory of France at the Barika mosque, will be paid to the Treasury for National Defense.

3. Surveillance of the territory by the civic guard and former soldiers.

4. Several measures have been taken to maintain order and ensure the protection of the two Italian citizens.

5. Several instructions concern the delivery of weapons.

6. The arrest of a deserting rifleman and a former criminal who was traveling without an identity document.

7. Sheep campaign.

8. Resumption of the typhus epidemic at Douar Bitam.
