1. Europeans and natives feel fear and emotion following the conditions of peace.
2. The French authorities fear the comments of soldiers returning to Algeria concerning the weakness of the French army.
3. Question on the attitude of the natives when the Italian control commission will arrive in North Africa.
4. The civic and territorial guards continue to operate.
5. The “architect-voyer” Crouzat in charge of the territorial guard received a stay of incorporation of 15 days.
Commune mixte in French colonial period is a neighborhood managed by civil servants French, Arab (indigenous) and Jews.
