This newsletter is about the very active pro-German propaganda in native Muslim population. The report quotes the different ways of stopping this propaganda: to eliminate the receiving stations and to close the Moorish cafes where spreads “the mystic of the invincible power of Hitler’s Germany”. There are also informations about the scarcity of raw materials, food supplies, the operation of the SIP and the Ramadan period during which the Muslim natives buy many clothes.
