Short report made sarcastically by a journalist of L’Intransigeant on the situation in Algiers and the questionable efficiency of the future visit of Prime Minister Marcel Regnier in Algeria.
L’Intransigeant is a French daily newspaper, founded in Paris in 1880 and disappeared in 1948. Left opposition newspaper initially, its editorial line quickly evolves towards an extreme nationalism, leading it in 1898, to take part in the concert of the antisemitic press hostile to Dreyfus.
