Description
Response from the mayor of Nechmeya (Guelma district) to the Constantine prefect’s request (December 26, 1941) concerning the collection of the personal forms filled by the Jews living in his province, even though these forms would have been filled after the deadline fixed by the decree issued by July 18, 1941. A list of furnitures (alcohol, kerosen, olive oil) is written on the back of this document.
