Letter sent by the Governor General of Algeria, Admiral Abrial, to the Constantine prefect in which he reprimands him for not submitting the results of the census of the Jewish workers within the French administration in the Constantine prefecture on time. Abrial then requests to receive the aforementioned results as soon as possible.
