Description
Letter sent by the Governor General of Algeria to the Constantine prefect in which he criticizes the fact that some Jewish workers were dismissed from their job in pubic gas or electricity companies in spite of their special status. In the second part of the letter, Abrial explains the way one should calculate the compensations to be allowed to the Jewish workers that were dismissed.
