Description
Letter sent by André Bakouche, Head of the jewish community in Constantine, to the Vice-Governor General of Algeria Yves Charles Chatel in which he displays several options in order to improve the lowered situation of algerian Jews. For example, M. Bakouche proposes either to create school workshops for teaching the workers, or to implement an advice bureau in each of the Algerian departments that would provide professional guidance to jewish workers.
