Description
Letter sent by Mr. Bernard Raymond to the Governor General of Algeria in which he requests to modify the status of his wife, which was worsened from “French citizen” to “local Jew” following the Vichy anti-Jewish legislation. A copy of this letter was sent to the Constantine prefect.
