Description
This letter may have been written by the director of the Department for Jewish Matters and Secret Societies in Algiers and adressed to M. Pierre Massiot. In it, the former explains to the latter that no change concerning his situation as a “Jew” will result from his wedding with a non-Jewish women. A copy of that letter was sent to the Constantine prefect.
