Description

List of letters that were sent by the Departement for Jewish Matters and Secret Societies during the month of July 1942. According to the footnotes, these letters deal for example with the Vichy anti-Jewish legislation, the counting of Jewish properties and the identity of secret societies members. It should be added that the letter’s regular numbering is broken in July: letter number 1499 is followed by letter number 2000, and letter number 2046 is followed by letter number 2407.
