Sétif (Algeria), 23.11.1936: Report from the Vice Prefect to the Prefect of Constantine (a copy was sent to the Governor General of Algeria). The VP praises the activity of Sétif's Chief of Police (Gastou) and refutes the allegations of the Mayor of Sétif who accuses Gastou of negligence about the Communist propaganda in the city.
