Philippeville (Algeria, today Skikda), 16.08.1934: Report from French Police Inspector to the Vice Prefect of Philippeville and to the Mobile Police Chief in Constantine (Algeria). A copy of the report was sent to the General Governor of Algeria, the General Security Chief in Algeria, the Prefect of Constantine and the State Attorney in Constantine.
A French civillian in Philippeville told to the police that the Pogrom in Constantine was part of a process that will get worse as time goes on.
