Report on the general health conditions in Morocco. Author observes a deterioration in health conditions, which he attributes to: economic conditions, absence of police control, absence of medications, and refugees who are not immune to local diseases and also introduce new ones. The report contains a description of the current epidemics (amoebic dysentery, malaria, bubonic plague, and venereal disease) and malunitrition. There is also a shortage of clothing.
