Description

The movement of Muslim scouts was formed in El Arrouch in February 1941. In March of that year, its statutes were sent to the Sub-Prefecture of Philippeville. They are affiliated with the Federation of Algerian Muslim Scouts of Algiers. The grouping activity is encouraged because it develops the intellectual and physical qualities of young Muslims, and gives them a habit of discipline and work.
