Description

The newspaper El Bassaïr reproduces the text of a petition addressed to the British Prime Minister by Doctor Abdelhamid Saïd, President General of the Muslim Youth Societies of Cairo, to protest against the solution provided for by “The White Paper”. He considers that the legitimate Arab rights are not sufficiently guaranteed and that the Arab and Islamic character of Palestine is in danger of disappearing. Finally, he denounces the barbaric procedures of the English with regard to the Palestinian Arabs.
