Description

During Bernard Lecache’s conference on the subject “Democracies and racism”, several representatives of political parties or companies speak out. Mr. Pelissier, president of the section underlines that Bernard Lecache has always been the ardent defender of the demands of the Popular Front of Constantine and thanks him for the propaganda tour as well as the unofficial investigation on indigenous questions that he is carrying out. Bernard Lecache recalls the aims of the LICA, mentions the riots in Constantine whose agitators are in the pay of Berlin and describes the fascisms of Germany and Italy. He describes Father Lambert as “as bad a dowser as he is a bad Republican”.
