Description
During a conference given by Bernard Lecache, Mr. Benhoura director of the newspaper “La Justice”, takes the floor. He wonders about what is happening in North Africa, “Tunisia is on the verge of becoming fascist, Spanish Morocco is already, French Morocco and Orania are becoming so, called upon in the East and in the West by fascism.
