This document is an extract from the Monthly Bulletin of Information concerning the “Amitiés Françaises” campaign, the only anti-Semitic formation in the department, which would lose its virulence in the newspaper “Le Républicain”. We note the presence at the LICA Congress in Paris of the railway worker Aissaoui, from Constantine, member of the Communist Party.
