Description
This report gives an overview of the month of August 1943. It also contains information on the publication of the first reforms concerning Algerian Muslims, and on the recognition by the Allied Nations of the French Committee of National Liberation.
A dull animosity manifests itself between Muslims and Jews. The native Muslims hold the Jews responsible for all untoward events.
