This report gives an overview of the month of November 1938, on the activities of elected Muslim, reformist ulemas, religious brotherhoods. One can also read there information on the party of the Algerian people, the Moslem Congress, the European party on the indigenous activities, and on the economic and social questions. The “French Friendship” campaign, the government’s only anti-Semitic group, is losing its virulence. The railwayman Aissaoui, coming from Constantine, member of the communist party, was present at the LICA Congress.
