Goebbel´s plans on propaganda in Palestine, Egypt and war strategies in North Africa and the Soviet Union in the beginning of July 1942.

Taken from the conference of ministers, the report contains information about bolshevist activities and Goebbel´s approach to reinforce the population´s enthusiasm

towards the war.
